Construction Inspection - Project Close-Out
Close-out of a project may be the most neglected aspect for any given project. In today’s world, any construction project is subject to litigation making it extremely important that documentation on every project be maintained. As the inspector, you will communicate and establish protocol for the required documentation, in what format that information should be submitted and how and where it should be archived. An inspector’s records can be one of the most valuable resources during litigation and must be properly created and filed. This course discusses the importance and content of proper project close-out documentation.
