Construction Inspection - Pre-construction Meeting: Processes and Procedures
During the pre-construction meeting it is important to communicate expectations for any process or procedure you would like the contractors to follow. Items include shop drawing submittal, review and approval; submittal, review and approval of progressive payments; submittal cut-off dates and schedule for issuing payments for monthly pay requests; change orders; regular progress meetings; safety and security; traffic control; etc. This course discusses these administrative processes and procedures.
