Being a bicycle and pedestrian friendly city in a cold climate is not easy but it is the responsibility of maintenance crews to keep all modes of transportation moving year-round. Join this discussion of bike and pedestrian policies, design standards, bike and pedestrian installations, maintenance responsibilities, and the challenges of accommodating these ever-growing transportation options.
