National Nominations

Make a Difference - Nominate yourself or someone else to serve on an APWA national committee, council, task force or as the APWA representative on an external organization!  Deadline: March 30th!

Associations create positive change. Through service at the national level, APWA members utilize their skills to shape the direction of APWA and the value it provides its members and the public works community as a whole. Volunteering on a national committee or council is the perfect opportunity to:

  • share your talent, expertise and unique perspectives
  • make a difference
  • connect with other dynamic members and expand your network

There are three types of national service opportunities available for 2018-2019. The links below will direct you to pages with more information about the group’s activities, the time investment, term of service, and how to get involved.

This National Nominations portal serves as the mechanism that allows us to create a pool of interested and qualified candidates for service. Utilize the portal links below to nominate yourself or recommend a colleague for consideration. Membership is a requirement for national committee/council positions.
