Construction Inspection - Project Close-Out: Punch List Procedures
A deficiency punch list is a list of corrections necessary to provide conformance to the plans, specifications and field changes made during construction. The punch list is an integral part of the project close out, yet it is important to establish the punch list process early in the project. Who will generate the list and when it will be issued? Establishing the procedure for closing and accepting the punch list early in the project ensures all parties understand the process and the expectations. This course explores the procedures and documentation to be considered during development of the project punch list.
