Construction Inspection - Conducting Progress Meetings
Regular progress meetings should typically include a review of previous meeting minutes, completed work compared to the schedule, updates on submittal status, payment status, change order requests, safety work zones, traffic control, general discussion and questions, and any other pertinent information. Contractors should be given an opportunity to present any issues they have including any sub-contractor coordination issues. The meeting should also include a look ahead at work planned before the next meeting. This course will provide the learner with practical information about conducting regular progress meetings.
