Construction Inspection - Project Initiation / Bid Process
Between the design phase and the construction phase, the inspector will guide a project through five stages, that include:
- bidding
- award of contract
- contract execution
- notice to proceed
- pre-construction meeting
It is the responsibility of the inspector to ensure that the requirements of each stage have been met before construction starts. This course explores the details of each of the Pre-Construction phases
