The program will provide a high level discussion on the development and utilization of 2D hydraulic modeling to address drainage issues utilizing a real world example. In addition, the program will cover public engagement for the project with outputs from the model.  Webinar, 10-11 AM Central time (11 AM - 12 PM Eastern, 9-10 AM Mountain, 8-9 AM Pacific)

After attending this session, participants will be better able to:

  • describe what is 2D Hydraulic Modeling and how it varies from 1D Hydraulic Modeling. 
  • explain the uses and provide examples of 2D Hydraulic Modeling.
  • describe the utilization of model outputs in public engagement.
