AI/Machine Learning and Cloud Platforms-Water & Sewer Pipes

AI/Machine Learning and Cloud Platforms-Water & Sewer Pipes
AI/Machine Learning and Cloud Platforms for Water and Sewer Pipe Condition Assessments.  Understanding the condition of underground water and sewer infrastructure is critical in determining maintenance strategies, repair and replacement costs and timing and justifying funding from local, state and federal sources. This Click, Listen and Learn will focus on cost effective and scalable AI technologies to augment Public Work's workforce and capacity in water and sewer operations for all sizes. AI applied to water digital desktops provide a risk assessment for every pipe segment of the entire water distribution system with the ability to monetize and map the risk by location. AI applied to wastewater condition assessment services using a computer vision technology made possible by parallel processing in the cloud along with a million of AI training images, can automatically identify conditions in CCTV and Digital Side Scan (DSS) inspection data. A cloud platform for inspection data management, a NASSCO-certified software for PACP (sewer mainlines) and LACP (sewer laterals), can be leveraged by sewer utilities, services contractors, and consulting engineers to lower their inspection costs, accelerate workflows and processes, and utilize higher quality data to drive strategic asset planning. Webinar, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. CT | 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET | 9:00 a.m. – 10 a.m. MT | 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. PT

After attending this session, participants will be better able to:

  • Describe the Workforce and Technical Obstacles of Traditional Water and Sewer Condition Assessments.
  • Identify How AI/Machine Learning and Cloud Platforms Can Increase Your Existing Staff's Capacity.
  • Explore How Small to Large Utilities have Applied AI/Machine Learning for Productivity Gains and Cost Savings.
