Making Employee Reviews Meaningful

It's that time again. Employee reviews are due. Same old story. Fill out a meaningless form that no one will read but HR requires it. Employees distrust them. Supervisors hate wasting time completing them. Is there really any value to this process?

The operative word here is "meaningful". Developing strategies to help your employee grow in his position not only aids his professional development but strengthens the entire department.

The speakers in this session share their expertise and experiences in developing and implementing meaningful employee reviews. Each brings a unique perspective to the discussion.
