November Marks National Critical Infrastructure and Resilience Month
The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) recognizes November as National Critical Infrastructure and Resilience Security Month. During this year which has seen many challenges, this should serve as reminder to remain on top of your cybersecurity needs, while also practicing sound cyber hygiene.
CISA is emphasizing the following during this month: security and response during a global pandemic and focusing on the future of securing critical infrastructure. Recommended guidelines include identifying and prioritizing the ability of essential workers to work safely while supporting ongoing infrastructure operations across the nation and understanding the modernization of securing critical infrastructure as we defend today, secure tomorrow.
For additional tools and best practice recommendations, visit the CISA website.
