Membership mailing address has changed
 

Please note that the mailing address for membership payments has changed.
 
Please mail all membership payments to:

1200 Main Street, Suite 1400
Kansas City, MO  64105-2100.
 
The physical address of the office address replaces the P.O.  Box that had been used. Those emailing a payment will continue to use the memberservices@apwa.net address.
 

Awards deadline is March 2
 

The deadline for all award nominations other than for the Presidential Award for Chapter Excellence (PACE) is Monday, March 2 at Midnight, Eastern Time. The PACE deadline is Monday, June 1 and chapters must be notified first that they qualify to submit for the award.

Combined Winter Meeting set for February 20-22


More than 170 Chapter Leaders will be in Kansas City on February 20-22 for the Combined Winter Meeting that brings the Chapter Delegates together for the Council of Chapters’ Task Force and Focus Group meetings and they join the APWA Technical Committee members, also in town for their respective committee meetings.
 
The event will be held at the Westin Crown Center hotel in Kansas City. Go to the APWA.net for more information.


Board nominations now open
 

Eight positions on the APWA Board of Directors are set to expire in September.  Nominations will be accepted for Regional Director positions for Regions III, IV, VII, IX and the Technical Director positions for Engineering & Technology, Environmental Management, Leadership & Management, and Transportation. 
 
Details regarding qualifications, expectations and information for nomination are available on the APWA website. Interested members are encouraged to discuss the positions with any member of the board.
