Roundtable topics being set for Chapter Leaders Forum

The annual Chapter Leaders Forum at PWX is scheduled for 3:00 – 4:50 p.m. on Sunday, September 8 in Seattle. This event is a must for any chapter leader. The roundtable discussion format has proven to be popular with those who attend. Last year in Kansas City, the event attracted 125 leaders from 47 different chapters.
“We know that our chapter leaders really appreciate the opportunity to learn from each other and pick up some Best Practices to take back to their chapter,” said Brad Patterson, Membership Manager for APWA.
Vic Bianes, the alternate delegate from the San Diego/Imperial Counties Chapter, is the chair of the Council of Chapters’ PWX Chapter Leaders Forum Task Force.

YP Reception is set for Seattle

The Young Professionals reception at PWX will be from 8:00 – 9:30 p.m. on Monday, September 9. The event will be held at the Old Stove Brewery on the historic Pike Place Market in Seattle.
Invitations will go out this summer to all those who register for PWX under the Young Professional designation. For more information, contact Brad Patterson, APWA Membership Manager, at 816-595-5263 or at bpatterson@apwa.net.
