APWA Board of Directors Held Spring Meeting in D.C.
On March 7-9, APWA’s Board of Directors was in Washington, D.C. for their spring meeting. While in the Nation’s Capital, the 17-member Board held meetings with dozens of Congressional Offices and Committees, as well as staff from the White House Council on Environmental Quality. In addition to sharing public works activities going on within their communities, APWA Board members also took time to educate Congressional offices about APWA’s public policy priorities
Infrastructure Financing & Funding;
Provide for Transportation Infrastructure;
Support Water Resiliency; and
Recognize & Support Emergency Management & Response.
