APWA Chapter Contact
We are seeking members to serve as contacts between their APWA chapter and the national Transportation Committee on issues concerning transportation funding, safety, sustainability and winter maintenance operations.  Time commitment involves participation in chapter activities and coordinating communication between the chapter and national committee.

Subcommittee Participation
The Transportation Committee supports the activities of six very active subcommittees: Federal Transportation, Road Safety, Sustainable Transportation, Winter Maintenance, and Connected and Automated Vehicles. The subcommittees are charged with making recommendations to the full committee on initiatives such as providing formal comments, writing testimony, reviewing transportation initiatives, participating in forums, etc.

Authors/Reviewers
We are always in need of members interested in writing articles for the APWA Reporter and other APWA publications. We also need individuals to conduct reviews of articles and books on professional topics.
