The City and County of Broomfield seeks a talented and experienced professional for the position of Management Analyst in our Public Works Department.
Broomfield became Colorado’s newest county in 2001. It is a progressive, growing community spanning 33 square miles with a population of approximately 60,000 residents. It is ideally located along the U.S. 36 Corridor midway between Denver and Boulder.
This position is responsible for a variety of projects within the Public Works Department. Special emphasis will be placed on the development and implementation of an integrated workload and performance tracking system(s), managing the Maintenance and Service Work Request systems, establishing a comprehensive asset management and replacement program, and recommending capital improvements to Public Works infrastructure systems, buildings, and facilities.
Broomfield welcomes candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in communication, public administration, business, organizational management or a related field and at least five years of progressively responsible administrative service, operations analysis, strategic planning, technology, employee and/or organizational development and communications experience. At least two years at a supervisory and/or administrative level is preferred.
