Facility Maintenance & Energy Projects Coordinator $4,028 - $6,218 Monthly* Under general supervision, plans, coordinates and monitors the development and implementation of City facility capital improvement, construction and energy projects and major maintenance projects; Acts as liaison with contracted architects, engineers, contractors and city department staff; Prepares, disseminates and reviews documents for facility construction projects or major facility maintenance projects; Reviews and makes recommendations on bid and cost estimates; and performs other related work as assigned.
