The City is seeking a service-oriented, level-headed leader to oversee the operations and maintenance associated with the utility functions of a fast growing community. This position reports directly to the Public Works Director, is responsible for management of programs and activities related to the City’s utility systems, serves as the DRC, and supervises employees. Minimum qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED, two years of vocational training, six years of experience in maintenance and/or operation of public water or wastewater system, and a level III or IV Water Distribution System Certification.
