The City of Joplin is looking for a Public Works Operations Manager to manage and provide leadership for the operation and maintenance, financial, regulatory, and legal requirements of the Public Works Department. Administers policy, provides leadership and supervision, oversees customer service, and participates in successful budgeting, bidding and contracting. Requires an undergraduate degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field and five years of full time experience in management and leadership of a public organization.
