CMSA is seeking an Engineering Manager. The position reports to the GM; manages day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department; participates in the Agency's Capital Improvement Program activities; supervises staff and outside consultants; serves as the Agency Engineer; manages various engineering and asset management projects through design and construction; advises on water process control issues; provides engineering/technical advice to Agency staff; performs related work as required. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Sanitary Engineering; graduate degree in Environmental/Civil Engineering desirable. Registration as Professional Engineer in California required. Five years professional-level engineering experience in a water, wastewater, or environmental setting at associate/senior engineering level desirable.
