Under administrative direction, directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of the City's landfill; coordinates assigned activities with other departments and divisions, outside agencies and the general public; and provides highly responsible administrative support to the Public Works Engineer and Public Works Director. Qualifications: Knowledge of operational characteristics, services and activities of a solid waste program including disposal and recycling. Possession of, or ability to obtain, Landfill Training certification issued by the State of Wyoming. Possession of, or ability to obtain, Manager of Landfill Operations (MOLO) certification as developed by the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA).
