Performs the duties of instrumentation supervisor; coordinates and supervises instrumentation technicians in the daily operation, inspection, repair, calibration and maintenance of instrumentation electronic equipment in all county Pumping Stations, permanent and temporary wastewater flow meters and rain gauges. Operates and programs a central computer-based data collection and reporting system for inter-jurisdictional billing purposes, hydraulic capacity studies, and the identification of extraneous flow entering the sanitary sewer system.
