We are currently looking for a conference producer with specific experience in the Natural Gas Industry.
The Conference Producer ensures the vitality and good reputation of the company. They shepherd conferences from inception to completion providing comprehensive content design for our participants. At conferences and events they network on behalf of EUCI and provide connective links for our participants. Our Conference Producers are confident, poised, and excellent communicators. This is a new position due to growth.
Major responsibilities are:
- Identifying and recruiting speakers and subject matter experts
- Developing concurrent energy conferences with a variety of topics
- Building relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors and attendees
- Organizing, explaining, and presenting fundamental topic research
- Skillfully negotiating for mutually beneficial solutions
- Maintaining accurate contact records
- Executing meeting logistics on-site, requiring quick decision-making
- Serves as a company representative within the industry
- Interacts directly with clients, speakers, and meeting attendees
Successful candidates must clearly present:
- Interest or background in the energy industry
- Unparalleled communication skills including writing, presenting, questioning, and listening
- Experience developing and adhering to budgets
- Ability to multi-task while managing tight deadlines
- Focused research skills and organization of ideas
- A Bachelor's degree

Transmission and Distribution Conference Producer :::
The conference producer conducts market research to support the development of our training programs for professionals working in the area of electricity transmission and distribution (T&D). The position involves both gathering information and building engagement with these T&D industry professionals. Major responsibilities are:
- Researching training needs of various audiences to inform the design of professional development programs
- Interviewing T&D industry professionals through a variety of means (in person, phone, e-mail)
- Building relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including speakers, attendees, and subject matter experts
- Identifying and recruiting high-level speakers and subject matter experts
- Develop webinars and conferences for the T&D industry
- Organizing, explaining, and presenting fundamental topic research and translating that research into commercially-viable conference agendas
- Maintaining accurate contact records
- Serving as a company representative within the industry
Successful candidates must clearly present:
- A graduate degree or pursuit of a graduate degree with demonstrated skills related to research, writing, and synthesizing and communicating ideas effectively
- Ability to multi-task while managing tight deadlines
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse people
- Experience or interest in the energy industry, with a T&D emphasis, preferred
