Event Sponsorships
P.W. Paws Sponsorship
Everyone loves APWA's adorable 10' tall mascot. Paws is present throughout the Congress to welcome
attendees to sessions, entertain folks on the exhibit floor and make special guest appearances at
the social events. By sponsoring P.W. Paws your company's name, logo and booth number will be
prominently displayed on the back of his vest bringing your company tons of visibility and smiles.
Use Paws to drive traffic to your exhibit.
Sponsorship Fee: $1,000 per two-hour session
or $5,000 for an exclusive full day.
Lunch on the Exhibit Floor
We all love to eat—and our goal each day is to keep the attendees on the show floor as much as
possible. Get your name out to the Congress attendees by sponsoring all or part of the lunch coupons.
Your company's name will be listed on each lunch coupon and also recognized with signage near the food
service. Additional branding opportunities exist (napkins, plates, etc.).
Sponsorship Fee: $5,000 per sponsoring company per day
Ice Cream Break on the Exhibit Floor
Everybody loves ice cream. What better way to get your name out in front of the visitors to the
exhibit hall than by providing them with a cool, creamy treat! Attendees enjoyed the ice cream so
much that we're offering this sponsorship opportunity each day the exhibit is open in 2007.
Sponsorship Fee: $5,000 per day
APWA Central Cyber Café
Get your company's name in front of all our Congress attendees as they check their e-mail or have a
look at the latest offerings on the APWA website. As the exclusive sponsor, your company's name and
logo will be used as the screen saver on all 20 computers in the APWA Central Cyber Café. Make your
company's logo the first thing they see—you know how busy the official APWA booth is!
Sponsorship Fee: $15,000
General Session Sponsorship
Add excitement and drama to your participation by capitalizing on the bang of 2,000 people packing
the General Session room to hear renowned keynote speakers. As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity
to introduce the speaker, your logo will be displayed on the huge screens and you'll have the exclusive
right to distribute your product literature in the room.
Exclusive sponsorship; $10,000 one General Session
Interactive Promotional Stations and Relaxation Station
From virtual sport fishing or golf; to virtual home run derby or auto racing—we can set up a full-service
interactive experience for visitors to the exhibit hall. We can even set up an onsite themed
relaxation station with back, neck, shoulder and foot massages—and your company will get all the credit
for this great experience. This sponsorship is sure to give your company a big boost toward achieving

Shuttle Bus Sponsorship
Reach a captive audience by sponsoring the shuttle bus service from the official Congress hotels to the
Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center. In addition to being recognized through special signage and in the Congress
Program and Show Guide, your company will have the exclusive right to distribute company brochures to all
the riders on the buses.

Advance Registration List
One of the best ways to ensure a successful show is to pre-sell your company, your products and your
most attractive show offers to attendees even before they arrive at Congress. You can accomplish this
by sending a pre-show mailing to all those key industry professionals who have registered in advance.
Look for the order form in your Exhibitor Service Kit.
Preferred Customer Passes
Build your booth traffic utilizing the FREE Preferred Customer Passes offered by APWA. These
complimentary passes to the exhibit hall fit nicely into a #10 envelope and are yours to distribute to
your valued customers. Preferred Customer Passes have proven to be an extremely useful, cost-effective
tool for increasing booth traffic. Check your Exhibitor Services Kit for details on how you can order
your complimentary passes.
Onsite Program and Show Guide Advertising
Promote your company where it counts by advertising in the Congress Program and Show Guide—the
information most frequently referred to by Congress attendees. This program contains the complete
information on all the Congress and Exposition activities. Referred to over and over again onsite for
education session information, booth numbers and special show information, this guide is also kept by
Congress attendees for future reference.
