One big takeaway from the education sessions and networking at PWX is that we all need to come together to make public works more impactful. To achieve a more positive culture in our industry our leadership, management, and supervision principles must be aligned. The Leadership and Management Committee is committed to clearly defining principles within leadership, management, and supervision to provide education that will help you create and maintain a positive culture in your agency. A positive culture within public works can permeate other government agencies and help improve the quality of life for all.
