The APWA International Affairs Committee and Eisenhower Institute are pleased to announce the Jennings Randolph Fellowship (JR) study opportunities for 2013. Study destinations include the countries of Australia, Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Mexico. Information and the 2013 application is available on the APWA Jennings Randolph webpage. The International Affairs Committee will also present a Jennings Randolph  information session at Congress on Wednesday morning, August 29, 2012. Interested members are invited to join us for this information session led by a panel of former JR Fellows.
