APWA is excited to introduce a brand new benefit to APWA members–
The Members’ Library. Education is our mission and we believe this new library of education resources is one of the most significant benefits we can provide to our members. Education programs that previously cost as much as $175 each are now yours to browse at your convenience 24/7, as often as you like, without charge.
The Library opens July 1 and will feature hundreds of recorded webcasts, Congress audio sessions, publications, and magazine articles categorized by public works topic. “We are very happy to be able to introduce this new benefit at a time when information and education are important, and budgets are tight” stated Peter King, Executive Director of APWA. “This will allow more members to take advantage of the education programs APWA offers, at their convenience, without additional fees.”
Since the Board of Directors approved the Library in February, APWA’s first priority has been to make the
Members’ Library available to you as quickly as possible. We expect to add improvements throughout the year in navigation, search, and viewing functions and will announce updates as they happen. APWA encourages you to login and explore, and provide feedback using the Feedback tool in the bottom right corner of your screen. To access the Library, simply click the Members’ Library link in the quick links on the home page at
www.apwa.net or Login to the “Members Only” section of the website.
Before you begin exploring, be sure to read the quick tutorial located in the right navigation menu on the Library home page introducing you to the new Library and showing you how to best navigate and find the topics you are looking for.
