These courses are designed to be used in a formal classroom environment,
presented by members of your in-house staff or a training professional. By
having these resources on hand, your agency can provide ongoing training to
staff or members. Individuals interested in further developing their skills can
also use these programs as self-directed learning projects.

identified by APWA members. The use of knowledgeable experts as instructors and
